1. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within Egypt only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Since every piece is handmade, please allow us some time to create your item. Once shipped, delivery within Egypt typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location (remote areas may take closer to 10 days).
3. Why does shipping take up to 10 days?
A few factors affect delivery time:

Handmade production: We craft each product after you order to ensure quality.

Customer location: Major cities like Cairo or Alexandria are usually faster (3–5 days), while other governorates may take up to 10 days.
4. What material is your leather?
Our leather is artificial (imported). We source high-quality artificial leather from abroad to ensure durability, consistency, and a premium look for our handmade products.
5. Can I return or exchange my product?
Yes, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your item, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Please note that because each item is handmade, slight natural variations may occur—these are not defects but signs of authentic craftsmanship.
6. How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation call or a message as soon as your handmade item is ready and handed over to the shipping carrier.
7. Can I pick up my order directly from you?
No, direct pickup is not available as an option at this time. All orders are shipped to your provided address.
8. Does your artificial leather require special care?
It is easy to care for—simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to high heat or sharp objects to maintain its appearance.
9. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We carefully inspect every handmade product before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
